He Spent the Night in Prayer to God. . . .
Jesus does not take a step in His ministry without deep consultation with His Father. Every major decision, every minor decision, every trouble, Jesus turns to the Father. He is pointing the way for us.
At every turn we have the opportunity to talk to God. At every moment God is waiting to hear from us. He is hungry to hear from us, to help us, to guide us. We need to merely turn and say, "Lord, show me the way." From selecting twelve apostles to showing us how to serve and to help those around us, God will always answer the prayer, "Show me the way, O Lord." Do not hesitate. He is with you every moment, ready to hear you, ready to answer you.
