Here we are again!
It's Ash Wednesday and the beginning of Lent!
How many Lents have you had? How many do you have left?
The opening line of today's Scripture says:
"Even now, says the LORD,
return to me with your whole heart . . . ."
(Joel 2:12)
So, it doesn't matter how long you've been around or may continue to be around; it's now that matters.
God doesn't want the impossible, but the best we can do -- our best effort.
We can't wait though.
We may not have another Lent, another day or perhaps even another moment.
Do the best you can. Return to the Lord with your whole heart, but do it now.
